  • How can I get upgraded to the next membership tier?

    Below are the specific requirements to upgrade to the next membership tier in the course of one calendar year, that is, 1 January to 31 December:

    Gateway members

    Stay 3 qualifying stays or 9 qualifying room nights in any of our participating hotels in a calendar year.

    Voyager members

    Stay 5 qualifying stays or 15 qualifying room nights in any of our participating hotels in a calendar year.

  • How can I renew my membership account?

    Below are the specific requirements to sustain your 1865 account:

    Gateway members: At least 1 qualifying stay or 3 qualifying room nights in a calendar year.

    Voyager members: At least 2 qualifying stays or 6 qualifying room nights in a calendar year.

  • My last stay with you is not shown in my stay history. What should I do?

    Our data management system automatically records all your stays with us in the last 12 months. Should you find any record to be missing, however, please click here to let us know.

  • How can I claim the missing mileage?

    Simply provide us with the relevant stay information by clicking here and if you have stayed at a qualifying rate, we will credit the due mileage points to your account.

  • Will I receive a member pack after became to a member?

    No. We don’t provide welcome pack for new 1865 Privilege members.

  • What should I do if I have lost my membership card?

    Log into your 1865 Privilege account and then fill-up a form named Request for Membership Card on Contact Us section. A physical membership card will then be sent to your registered address in 6 to 8 weeks (Only applicable to Gateway, Voyager and Destiny tier members).

  • How can I download my 1865 Privilege digital membership card?

    Please use your mobile device to log on to your 1865 Privilege account and then you can download your personalised digital membership card to either Apple Wallet (iOS) or Pass2U (Android).

  • How can I get the suite upgrade voucher?

    Members who have accumulated 5 qualifying stays or 15 qualifying nights in the preceding Voyager/ Destiny membership year will receive one suite upgrade voucher within 6 to 8 weeks after annual membership renewal.

  • How long is my 1865 Privilege membership valid for?

    1865 Privilege membership is valid for one full calendar year, i.e. 1 January to 31 December.

  • Will I receive a new membership card upon renewal?

    Members receive an e-newsletter or email notices from 1865 Privilege on a regular basis. Simply state or reconfirm your email address in your membership profile and you will soon start receiving updates from 1865 Privilege.

  • Is there a fee to join 1865 Privilege?

    No, 1865 Privilege membership is complimentary. All you need to do is simply complete the online enrolment form.

  • Can I transfer my 1865 Privilege membership to someone else?

    1865 Privilege membership cards is non-transferrable and it only be used by the registered member.

  • How do I redeem the suite upgrade voucher?

    Member is required to make the advance reservation with the participating hotels and indicate the intention of usage at the time of reservation. Suite upgrade applies to room only (without club access) and is subject to hotel room availability. The suite upgrade is valid for a single paid stay of up to three nights and member must present the valid voucher upon check-in and it’s not transferrable.
