Destiny is the ultimate membership class of 1865 Privilege. It is reserved for existing Voyager members showing the highest level of commitment while staying in our premium category rooms and suites. Limited to a chosen few, membership is by invitation only. The initial membership to this exclusive class is valid for one full calendar year, which is from 1 January to 31 December, and renewal is subject to your travel pattern with our hotels remain the same.

      We know how comforting a hot bath and fresh sheets can feel after a long flight. That's why we prepare your room well in advance and expedite the registration process, so you don't have to go through the normal check-in procedure when you arrive.

      To alleviate the pressure of catching a last-minute flight, you may bypass routine check-out procedures and leave the hotel at any time before the assigned departure hour. Just let us know and we will check out your room status under your preferred charging method and send you the folio on the same day.

      After each visit of yours, we will automatically credit mileage points to your preferred frequent flyer account. Should you wish to add to or change your frequent flyer account, please access your personalised account.

      All 1865 members are entitled to complimentary access to our fitness studio and swimming pool, as we realise it is important to keep the body and mind in shape while on the road.

    • PRIORITY WAITLIST

      Destiny members will be automatically granted the highest priority status when there is a waitlist for reservations at any of our hotels.

      Informed about your preferences, we can tailor our services to enhance your stay by delivering on your specific needs - from your preferred room type and location, to your requested pillow type. And because your needs may change over time, you may regularly update your preferences by accessing your personalised account, or by getting in touch with an 1865 Ambassador at any of our hotels.

    • 72-HOUR GUARANTEED RESERVATION

      Destiny members are guaranteed a room under no exceptions if bookings are made 72 hours prior to arrival.

      • Members who have accumulated 5 qualifying stays or 15 qualifying nights in the preceding Destiny membership year and have provided valid email address will receive one digital suite upgrade voucher within January of the new membership year. The offer is valid for a single paid stay of up to three consecutive nights. The offer is subject to hotel's availability and advance reservation made directly to the hotel is required. The member's intention to use the voucher must be indicated at the time of room reservation. Suite upgrade applies to room only (Club Lounge access is excluded) and is subject to availability. The voucher cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional offer. The voucher is valid at all participating hotels and must be presented upon check-in. The voucher is non-transferrable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
