Terms and conditions
  • Qualifying Stay
    One Qualifying Stay is defined as the total number of consecutive nights spent at one property, whether or not a member checks out and checks back in. A back-to-back booking will therefore be counted as one stay only. Only one room will be credited per member.
  • Qualifying Rate
    Defined as the hotel published room rate for the Qualifying Stay including, but not limited to, rates found on The Langham Hotels and Resorts or Cordis Hotels and Resorts or Affiliate Hotels website. Qualifying rates exclude:
    • Complimentary, free or barter rooms including, but not limited to, any Free Night Awards earned through the frequent flyer programmes, OUIDA or takethelead programmes or otherwise
    • Travel agent wholesale rate and tour packages including, but not limited to, pre-paid bookings made and paid through tour operators, online travel agents
    • Airline employee and crew rates
    • Group rates and corporate meeting rate
    • Qualified discount rates including travel industry discount rates, family rates and government rates
    • Certain special promotional rates
    • Advance purchase rates
    • Long stay rates
  • Retroactive Mileage Claim
    Please select “Missing Mileage Accrual” and complete the online form under "Contact Us" section by providing membership number, frequent flyer number and all other requested information. You must make your retroactive mileage claim within 6 months after you complete your qualifying stay.
