Qualifying Stay
One Qualifying Stay is defined as the total number of consecutive nights spent at one property, whether or not a member checks out and checks back in. A back-to-back booking will therefore be counted as one stay only. Only one room will be credited per member.

For Eaton Smart, New Delhi Airport Transit Hotel, a qualifying stay refers to a stay of 8 consecutive hours or above.

Qualifying Rate
Defined as the hotel published room rate for the Qualifying Stay including, but not limited to, rates found on langhamhotels.com or any Langham or affiliate hotel website. Qualifying rates exclude:

1.   Complimentary, free or barter rooms including, but not limited to, any Free Night Awards earned through the frequent flyer programmes, OUIDA or takethelead programmes or otherwise
2.   Travel agent wholesale rate and tour packages including, but not limited to, pre-paid bookings made and paid through tour operators, online travel agents
3.   Airline employee and crew rates
4.   Group rates
5.   Qualified discount rates including travel industry discount rates, family rates and government rates
6.   Certain special promotional rates
